Blood tests can not be performed at Mitralis DC. In Kerkrade, blood sampling is available at Zuyderland, located on the second floor at Roda JC Ring 19, directly above Mitralis DC.
Yes, in most cases your examination at Mitralis DC is covered by your health insurance. Please keep in mind that your mandatory deductible may apply. If you are unsure whether a specific examination is covered, please contact your insurance provider. No, it is not possible to undergo an examination without a referral from your (GP) doctor. Mitralis DC only performs examinations that have been formally requested by a physician.
If you have questions regarding the examination or the results, we advise you to contact your GP. He or she will provide you with further information. If your GP wishes to discuss the findings with one of our physicians, they can contact Mitralis directly. Unfortunately, it is not possible to contact our doctors yourself.
Parents must have a valid form of identification for their children when visiting a healthcare provider. Unlike the general identification requirement, there is no minimum age in healthcare. The requirement applies from birth.
Our invoicing is handled by an external party. If you have a question about the invoice you received, please contact the organisation that issued it. In most cases, this will be your health insurance provider.
